span Do you have two years of full-cycle recruiting experience and looking to grow your HR career?  Then start a rewarding career as a B Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist/HR Generalist /B with a growing manufacturing organization.  You will be responsible for the recruitment efforts for all exempt and non-exempt positions throughout the company.  You will also conduct new hire orientations and on-boarding of all new employees.  You will have an opportunity to be cross-trained and learn other areas within HR: payroll, benefits, training, HRIS, labor relations, and employee records.  The job is located in the Arlington Heights, IL area.  As our ideal candidate, you will have a minimum of two years of full-cycle recruiter experience.  Previous exposure to an ATS is highly preferred (Examples: Paychex, Taleo, iCIMS, etc.) You must be a go-getter that is proactive, hard-working, high energy, and motivated. You will receive a competitive salary, bonus, and benefits package.   br   br As a B Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist/HR Generalist /B your job duties will include, but not limited to: br ul
li Manage the requisition process and work with managers to determine hiring needs and position requirements. /li li Partner with managers to create and revise job descriptions. /li li Provide timely follow-up with managers on the recruitment process of open positions and talent available in the market. /li li Develop and execute recruitment strategies to stay well networked in the market: job postings, LinkedIn, networking events, job fairs, campus recruiting, etc.   /li li Manage full cycle recruitment to meet staffing goals of hourly and salaried positions.  At any given time there will be 15-20 open requisitions to manage.  Highest volume of positions include: Warehouse, Drivers, and Material Handlers. /li li Manage the Applicant Tracking System to include: posting new job postings, refreshing old job postings, review applicants, etc. /li li Manage the on-boarding of new hires: drafting offer letters and run employment screenings-background checks and drug screens.   /li li Conduct phone interviews and schedule on-site interviews for applicants. /li li Conduct new hire orientations and explain company benefits, procedures, and policies. /li li Negotiate and manage 3rd party temporary staffing service agreements.    /li li Track and report recruiting metrics to management. /li li Maintain relationships with recruitment vendors and stay current with product offerings to optimize recruitment efforts. /li li Answer on-going employee questions regarding company policies, benefits, and procedures.   /li li Support HR department with other administrative duties and ad hoc reports. /li /ul

li A minimum of two years of full-cycle recruiting experience. /li li Bachelor’s Degree. /li li Prior experience staffing for Warehouse and Production roles is highly preferred.   /li li Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and an ATS system. /li li An energetic personality with an approachable demeanor that can work well in a collaborative environment.   /li li Exceptional communication and organizational skills. /li li An ability to connect and build rapport with employees.   /li li An ability to be proactive and is self-motivated.   /li /ul
