span Do you have five years of Human Resources Generalist experience and looking to grow your HR career?  Then start a rewarding career as a B Human Resources (HR) Generalist /B span style='color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:12pt;font-weight:normal;font-style:normal;' with a growing manufacturing organization.  You will be supporting all facets of HR: recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, staffing, training, HRIS, labor relations, and employee records.  You will directly impact the organization by working on key initiatives to achieve a culture of greatness, standardizing of HR processes, procedures, and documents, and strengthening the organizational structure.  You will compile and maintain employee and benefit records, conduct new hire orientations, administer company policies and benefit programs.  The job is located in the Arlington Heights, IL area.  As our ideal candidate, you will have a minimum of five years of experience in a true Human Resources Generalist capacity with experience in Benefits Administration, HRIS, Recruitment, and HR Employee Records.  Previous exposure to an HRIS system is required.  (Examples: Paychex, Next Generation, Ultipro Software, Bullhorn, Oracle, Kronos, Ceridian, ADP, etc.) You must be a go-getter that is proactive, hard-working, high energy, and motivated. li Responsible for the day to day tactical Human Resources functions for a multi-site employee pool.   /li li Complete new hire paper work, conduct new hire orientation, create offer letters, and initiate background checks/drug screens.   /li li Explain company policies, benefits, and procedures to new hires through new hire orientations and on-boarding.   /li li Administer employee benefit programs and workers compensation plans. /li li Maintain and process annual benefit plan enrollment. Assist employees with the on-line process and questions regarding the plan offerings. /li li Audit, process, and verify benefit invoices for payment. /li li Process employee terminations with the COBRA administrator, benefit vendors and within the HRIS system.   /li li Process, verify, and maintain documentation and reports associated with staffing, recruitment, training, and performance evaluations. /li li To support recruitment efforts evaluate job descriptions and compensation ranges for new and existing positions.  Create job descriptions and screen resumes.   /li li Assist managers with the performance management processes. /li li Maintain HRIS database to ensure proper protocol of employee files. /li li Maintain and run various reports for HR. /li /ul
