JOB DESCRIPTION_VISION: _Multi-divisional business with international subsidiaries 5,000+ FTEs. Company is expanding through product ingenuity, acquisitions, and new channels. Business is fast paced, decentralized, and matrix. 2015 was a record year for revenues and profits; CEO is looking for HR leader with upside potential.
_OPPORTUNITY_: Value-adding role that will be 60-75% project management focused and directed toward building stronger business processes and practices that are influenced by human resources. Role will require heavy interaction from staff to executive level to design, build and implement programs to enable future growth. Examples of projects are:
TALENT MANAGEMENT: Partner across total business to evaluate, monitor, and execute on talent development including both talent candidates as well as cultivators of talent.
RECOGNITION & REWARD: Promoting best practices and a continuous improvement culture, fortify recognition of achievement and identify vehicles of appreciation.
COMPLIANCE support and/or lead forums, "town hall" meetings, and intranet programs.
ON-BOARDING: Due to organic and acquired employment growth, re-engineer a standardized orientation and on-boarding program for all levels
_REQUIREMENTS_: BA/BS required; MBA ideal. Looking for strong business acumen; a self-starter personality who can maneuver well within a very dispersed and matrix setting. Seek 8+ years of HRexperience that includes heavy partnering with profit center leadership. Must be willing to travel15-20% overnight.
_REWARD_: $130,000 to $160,000 plus 25-30% bonus. No relocation considered.
