JOB DESCRIPTIONHuman Resources Manager, Arkansas Faucet Operation - Sheridan, AR
With the exciting Global Faucets growth and the focus on building talent we are searching for a top-notch Human Resources Manager. This position will ensure partnership between Human Resources and the Arkansas Faucet Operation leadership and their teams.
This role will support continuous improvement initiatives, lean transformation, and recruitment at a regional level. A lso support the Plant Manager, Arkansas Faucet Operations and the business unit through HR expertise and strongly displayed strategic leadership abilities. Leads business unit leaders in the activity of linking HR to the success and strength of the organization to achieve operational objectives, including the America's operational transformation plan to deliver step change improvement in performance metrics. Drive the bottom up, top down development of our CI culture Every Team, Every Day. Leads the business unit leaders in the activity of linking HR to the success and strength of the organization. Provides expert support in all HR functions including organizational development, recruitment and selection, performance management and associate/labor relations to build the strength of the organization. Provides ongoing advice and coaching to leadership related to associate performance and all other HR issues. The goal is to work as a business partner with division heads, key management and other significant stakeholders.
Qualified candidates will meet the following requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources. Master's Degree is a plus.
* More than 7 years of experience is required with progressively more responsibility and a track record of results.
* Prepared to be responsible for multiple locations within a business unit and effectively work within a matrix environment.
* Must be able to balance multiple priorities, resolve differences diplomatically, and be comfortable with managing both direct and indirect relationships.
* The individual must be able to achieve results cross-functionally, regionally, and within the business unit.
* PHR/SPHR Certification a plus.
* Experience with continuous improvement and lean manufacturing is a plus.
