This position will have responsibility for supporting a team of 500 facilities employees in multiple sites, across multiple states. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated successful experience in the following and reside in San Ramon, CA: * Working in a union environment * Knowledge of state labor laws in TX, PA, CA * Managing time and work across multiple sites * New account or business transition or start up * Employee relations * Succession planning * Recruitment of hourly positions * Hiring processes * Payroll processes (ADP/Etime a plus) * Microsoft Office * Bi-Lingual Spanish/English is a MUST * 10' Travel Position will reside on leadership team of account with dotted line to VP operations. Position Summary Handles all HR related functions for large multi site/service system, national account, large complex single location account or those with unionized workers. Includes payroll, benefits, administration of labor contracts, training, employee relations, recruiting, etc. Role focuses on hourly workforce. May supervise other HR management and/or clerical professionals. Advises unit level management regarding policies and programs including recruitment and employment, personnel records, employee and/or labor relations, job evaluation, compensation management, benefits administration, training, AAP/EEO, and special projects. May be responsible for the administration of HR programs including payroll, benefits, records retention, AAP/EEO compliance. May contribute to the development of unit specific policies or programs.
