span B Human Resources Manager Job – Wilsonville, OR /B br Our client is a global technology firm with a job opening for a Human Resources Manager in their Wilsonville office. The Human Resources Manager will report to the Chief Operations Officer and be responsible for all HR-related activities including employee relations, payroll processing, compensation & benefits, recruitment, onboarding, and training within the growing organization. This newly created position is a phenomenal opportunity to develop the HR policies and procedures of a dynamic, fast-paced company while it continues to expand in the U.S. Market. br   br B HR RESPONSIBILITIES: /B br ul
li Act as a true Generalist and develop policies, procedures, employee handbook, training materials, etc. /li li Process multi-state payroll using ADP on a weekly and bi-weekly basis, and communicate benefits/payroll information in response to employee inquiries /li li Take a proactive approach to employee relations and conflict resolution /li li Oversee all compensation and benefits related matters /li li Maintain up-to-date employee records in HRIS /li li Lead recruiting efforts, collaborating with various hiring managers across departments, as well as external Recruiters; Create job descriptions, source qualified candidates, and conduct preliminary interviews in partnership with the department heads /li li Oversee applicant background checks, orientation of new hires, and performance appraisal process with department supervisors /li li Train and oversee the HR Administrator /li li Handle ad hoc HR administration tasks /li /ul
li Bachelor’s degree, preferably with HR specialization /li li HR Management experience establishing policies and procedures (preferably within technology/startup companies) /li li Experience processing multi-state payroll is a must /li li Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal /li li Positive and proactive personality, able to multitask within a fast-paced environment /li li Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of confidentiality /li /ul
