If you have experience in recruitment, benefits administration, payroll, you could be a great fit! br   br B As the Human Resources Manager, your responsibilities would include: /B br • Partnering with the Distribution management team and additional managers on performance management, employee relations, recruitment and selection, training and development, coaching, counseling, policies and procedures and compliance as it pertains to applicable employment law br • Being responsible for recruitment, benefit administration (open enrollment coordination, online enrollment, inquiries, etc.) and employee relations at Distribution Center and New York locations br • Processing weekly Distribution Center payroll and semi-monthly Canada payroll and resolve any related issues br • Managing and updating online talent/recruitment software (ICIMS), time and attendance system (Time Force), performance management software (SilkRoad) br • Being responsible for coordinating temporary staffing services br • Managing PTO for semi-monthly and addressing all PTO inquiries br • Coordinating and ensuring accuracy of new hire paperwork including the setup of new hires in the system and I-9 documentation br • Aligning training to focus on the basics as well as key performance indicators br • Proactively managing compliance to ensure that the workplace meets all local, state & federal laws/requirements br • Investigating, providing recommendations and proactively coaching managers and employees to ensure employee relations issues are addressed in a timely manner and in accordance with applications laws and regulations br • Being responsible for administration of short term/long term disability claims, FMLA applications, unemployment claims, garnishment setup and communication br • Providing outside vendor with employee changes, additions, terminations, etc. for data entry br • Maintaining Injury and Illness documentation and applicable OSHA logs br • Managing all archived HR files br • Other duties and projects as assigned br   br B You are an ideal fit if… /B br • You have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited university. br • You have 3 to 5 years of Human Resource and/or benefit experience. br • You have knowledge of HR policies and practices. br • You must be highly responsive to internal clients. br • You must possess excellent problem solving skills and resource efficiency. br • You must possess strong communication skills (written & verbal), both formal and informal, be a team player, flexible and multi task well. br • You have strong computer and system skills. br   br B Interested?
