A Pearl Human Resources Manager reports to the Regional Director of Human Resources and is responsible for creating leaders and fostering the Pearl culture within the hotel departments for Pearl Hospitality. A Pearl Human Resources Manager must ignite the human spirit by creating unrivaled hospitality experiences fueled by fun, enthusiasm and compassion that challenge each person to unlock their own potential. The Human Resources Manager is responsible for the successful operation and administration of the Human Resources department. The Human Resources Manager must possess the highest level of professionalism and courtesy. The Human Resources Managers function is to work with all associates to support the daily operations of the property. The Human Resources Manager must assist managers in aligning the hotel policies and procedures with the overall business objectives. This includes driving results through effective coaching, counseling, implementing hotel strategy, hiring and retention of the best associates, overseeing all associate relations and labor related matters as they relate to federal, state and local employment and civil rights laws. The Human Resources Manager must ensure that our associates and our customers are treated with the utmost respect at all times since they are the representation for the hotel (s) and company.
