JOB DESCRIPTIONLooking for an energetic, respectful, compassionate Human Resources leader who is able to thrive in a face-paced environment, work at a tactical level, while maintaining a big-picture perspective. You will play an integral role in creating and implementing policies, procedures, and manage training focused on employee relations throughout the organization.
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for the coordination of all employee relations/ management duties, including, but not limited to; company information management, staffing/recruiting, coaching in resolving employee issues, quality improvement initiatives, program management, and serving as subject matter expert in employee relations. Position requires you to work collaboratively with team members and business leaders.
The Human Resources Manager should have:
? 10+ years hands-on HR experience; employee relations, recruiting, hiring, documenting, data management, and HR annual calendar
? Bachelor?s degree or equivalent (in business, Human Resources or related field preferred)
? Experience conducting and managing investigations of a complex/sensitive nature including EEO related allegations
? Excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills
? Knowledge and facility for interpreting and communicating federal and state employment laws and policy
? Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
? Experience in the development of training and HR business process improvement and redesign
? Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
? HRMS/HRIS experience a plus
? HRCI/SHRM certification a plus
? Bilingual- English/Spanish a plus
? ADP HR Workflow Now System experience a plus
