This is hybrid role where you will be responsible for overseeing project and production management of the accounting team, as well as supervising the Human Resources functions. You will have 2-3 direct reports, so previous supervision / management experience is ideal. Five or more years in a professional services firm is ideal. This position will offer between $80,000 - $90,000 to the right candidate. br br B In this position you will: /B br ul
li Develop and analyze KPI metrics to measure and increase production performance /li li Supervise Human Resources Coordinator /li li Oversee all Human Resources management for employees /li li Help lead employee development /li li Supervise Project Coordinators and suggest adjustments to aid in increased production performance /li li Work independently with little supervision to complete daily tasks, but also shift to work as part of a team when necessary /li /ul
br B To succeed in the position you will need: /B br ul
li A bachelor’s degree, with preference going to those with relevant professional certifications /li li Human Resources and / or project management experience /li li Experience with sourcing, interviewing, and hiring employees /li li Strong leadership skills and experience /li li Analytical skills and an attention to detail /li li The ability to communicate clearly and effectively /li /ul
