PACCAR Winch
The brands that comprise PACCAR Winch Division include Braden, Carco, and Gearmatic.
Braden's history began in 1924 with the Braden Steel Corporation located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Braden originally supplied equipment for the oil fields that included drive heads for popping shallow wells. We currently have an opportunity for a Human Resources Specialist in Okmulgee, Oklahoma.

JOB SUMMARY

Coordinates Human Resource function for assigned company office. Requires independent degree of judgment, working under general supervision.

DUTIES

Assists supervisors in interpretation and uniform application of company policies and procedures.

Coordinates various human resource programs, i.e. recruiting, employment, placement, orientation, affirmative action, EEO, shop salary administration, benefits and career development.

Counsels employees regarding a wide variety of job-related issues.

Oversees records and documentation processes in accordance with legal and company requirements.

Working with HR Manager, coordinates company training programs. Reviews and recommends programs.

Oversees SAP system as it relates to HR. Administers work flow through department.
Coordinates special projects and annual company functions and carries out other responsibilities as assigned.


Degree in Human Resources Management or related field required; Minimum 2-3 years experience in industrial HR functions required including manufacturing staffing experience. Prefer 2 years experience with PACCAR. Strong organization and communication skills required. Must have a good working knowledge of applicable computer systems and tools. Demonstrated record of building strong working relationships with employees and management personnel is a must. Experience developing HR metrics preferred.
