JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY General Summary
The primary focus of this Accenture-ASM Team is to support the TransportationSecurity Administration with a digital, social media, analytics-driven Recruiting and Hiring (R&H). Our team will enable the TSA to improve candidate quality and a new hire performance, reduce time-to-hire, and improve hiring efficiency for a talented, motivated, and ready security workforce.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
*Performs analyses, tests, and administrates HRIS computer system modules including, but not limited to, recruiting and hiring, human resources, compensation, payroll, benefits, etc.
*Maintains integrity and accuracy of database.
*Investigates programs to process data and solve human resources problems by use of computers--computer systems support may be mainframe, mini, and/or personal computers.
*7Years of Experience
*Must be a U.S. Citizen
*Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
*Strong understanding of HR processes and data
*Strong understanding of HRMS database design, structure, functions and processes, and experience with databases tools.
*Thorough knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Experience with an HRMS such as PeopleSoft.
*Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills.
*Previous exposure to project-related activities through active participation in system-related projects.
