Dynacraft is searching for an innovative Human Resources Supervisor to be a part of our Algona HR team. The Human Resources Supervisor will provide Human Resources support to Dynacraft Algona managers and employees. The chosen candidate will lead programs and projects related to Organizational and HR Effectiveness, Recruitment and Talent Management, Training and Development, and Engagement, Rewards and Recognition. The position supervises the Algona HR team and reports to the Division Human Resources Manager.

Manage and develop the Algona HR team
Lead recruitment and retention of production and professional staff including the employee onboarding and exit processes
Promote positive employee relations and engagement through morale, safety, wellness, and employee appreciation programs
Advise and coach managers on human resources matters
Provide guidance on HR topics, including guidelines, policies, procedures, and benefits
Coordinate HR employee communications
Participate in Dynacraft projects and special assignments including continuous improvement activities and PACCAR-wide initiatives
Counsel employees and managers on work and performance related matters
Oversee the plant disability and workers compensation programs
Lead objective investigations to resolve employee concerns
Coordinate and facilitate training programs


Skills Required:


Dependable and organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
Strong working knowledge of Excel, Power Point and Word are required; SAP, MS Publisher, and SharePoint are preferred
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations regarding employment
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
Ability to collaborate with other departments and lead a team
Education/Experience Required:


Four year degree in Business, Human Resources or related field
Minimum of five years generalist experience in Human Resources preferably in a manufacturing environment
One year of supervisory experience
PHR/SPHR or SHRM CP/SHRM SCP desired
