Job Description
Responsible for establishing standards of care for the Hypertension Home Based Support Research Program for African Americans. Educates, counsels, and provides information on hypertension and treatment to VNS patients who have high blood pressure and have agreed to participate in this study. Also provides on going evaluation of patient's anti hypertension medication regimens. Assists patients in adhering to medical and behavioral regimens and facilitates their effective self care management. Works under general supervision.
