Job Description

The Right Placement Office (RPO) is a strategy, advisory and support function established to enable OandT to access the Right Resources, in the Right Locations, at the Right Cost, at the Right Time. The Right Placement Office is helping optimize OandT's global footprint by:

Establishing OandT's enterprise-wide global sourcing strategies and standards:
Who should perform work (Citi or third party suppliers)
Where should work be performed (metro area or remotely, and what locations)
What work should be done by individual Sectors versus shared across Sectors
Enabling and accelerating the achievement of right placement strategies and benefits, by providing leading practice processes, tools, and subject matter experts

Working as part of an extended network of Citi right placement professionals achieve enterprise right placement objectives

The Supplier Manager is responsible for supplier performance management including appropriate SLA monitoring and management, contract compliance, and analysis of key performance metrics to identify gaps and issues in service levels. The Supplier Manager develops key strategic partnerships with ICG Technology's preferred suppliers with a focus on continuous improvements in delivery and enhanced levels of efficiencies resulting in increased productivity gains. The resource is responsible for tracking and monitoring of Third Party Information Security Assessments to ensure completion and resolution of issues towards mitigating risk for ICG Technology. Supplier Manager will participate in RFPs including, but not limited to, the evaluation and selection process, review and completion of critical supplier questionnaires and contingency plans.Resource is responsible for creation and execution of dashboards and scorecards, and conducting formal performance evaluation sessions with supplier community on regular basis. This is a strategic role responsible for driving the correct use of the Suppliers; the correct behavior from the Suppliers; as well as ensuring the client continues to get significant value out of each engagement.Resource is responsible for developing partnership with key stakeholders across multiple business units as well as the Right Placement Relationship Managers (RM). The Supplier Manager is responsible for executing the governance model and ensuring effective communication regarding supplier SLA status and associated risks, action plans, and providing necessary analytics and trending to key business unit stakeholders and RMs. Resource will be responsible for establishing regular meetings with key internal stakeholders and appropriate representatives from the supplier community to discuss key performance metrics for existing engagements and trending to review thematic issues and appropriate short and long-term resolution and improvements.QUALIFICATIONS:andbull; Vendor management via SLAs and deliverablesandbull; Successful Delivery via an outsourced/offshore modelandbull; Strong relationship management, contractual management and negotiation skillsandbull; ADM Project Managementandbull; SLA development, monitoring and managementandbull; Experience in the RFP life cycleandbull; Resource and Location Strategyandbull; Experience in delivering technology solutions to an Investment Bank or Securities Processing Businessandbull; Computer Science Degree
