Identity Management (idM) Infrastructure Specialist will be responsible
for maintaining the environment for PepsiCo?s current Identity Management
solution, including legacy tools. This role requires hands on administration
of all Identity Management and Directory hardware, operating system and
application software. The idM Infrastructure / Operations Specialist will
work with various PepsiCo project teams and other staff developers to ensure
that PepsiCo Information Security Guidelines and standards are adhered
to while meeting the requirements of the project. The Role Compliance
Manager (RCM) Senior Specialist will be responsible for hands on development,
infrastructure and integration efforts with PepsiCo?s current Role and
Identity Management solution. The RCM Specialist will work with various
PepsiCo application/system teams and other staff developers to ensure that
PepsiCo Information Security

Requirements

Required:- J2EE- Sun- WebLogic- security- ANTThis position requires
the following qualifications and experience:- Bachelors degree in Information
Technology or a related discipline- Masters degree OR a minimum of 3 years
information technology and security experience- 3+ years of Role and Compliance
Manager experience with a focus in Aveksa Role and Compliance Manager development
and integration; understanding of business processes associated with user
recertification audit cycles and ability to setup reviews and remediation
solutions that meet complex business requirements preferred- 3+ years
experience with Aveksa compliance manager administration, configuring identity
& role data collectors, configuring reviews, reports, rule definitions
and rule exceptions- 2+ years experience in information security with
a focus in Sun Identity Manager development and integration; understanding
of business processes associated with user management lifecycle and ability
to design and implement work-flow and rule-based provisioning solutions
that meet complex business requirements preferred- 1+ years experience
with Sun Directory Server; preferably development experience with LDAP
via JNDI preferred;- Must have 3 years experience with web application
development using J2EE components such as JSP, Servlet, Web Service, JDBC,
JNDI, etc., and experience with web application deployment on Tomcat, BEA
