IMMEDIATE HIRE for an IT Business Analyst!

P Looking for an IT Business Analyst - Remote. Preferred location is Pontiac, MI. /P P DUTIES: BR 1. Perform business system analysis for moderate projects or sub-tasks of large projects. BR 2. Work with IT and business partners to understand business processes to enable accurate business requirement specifications. BR 3. Create business requirements documentation in support of projects, production support, etc. BR 4. Work with other IT functions (infrastructure, database, etc) to support IT driven process change. BR 5. Work in a fast paced operations environment. /P P REQUIRED: BR 1. Minimum 3+ years as an IT business analyst to include Data Mining, Assessments and Data Analysis experience. BR 2. Excellent grasp of business process concepts and effective and efficient business requirements process skills. BR 3. Design and develop reports for business subject matter experts using technology such as SQL. BR 4. Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and reconcile conflicts. BR 5. Project, enhancement, and production support experience. BR 6. Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Access, MS Visio, MS Project and MS SharePoint. BR 7. Providing reporting and presentations to Executive Leadership. BR 9. Excellent communication skill in English - both writing and speaking. BR 10. Ability to work within a global organization with different cultures. /P P DESIRED: BR 1. Knowledge of Data Centers, networking, and Firewalls preferred. /P P EDUCATION: BR 1.
