P Awesome opportunity for experienced Network Project Managers with a PMP, Cisco or ITIL Certifications. These are long-term, contract positions located in the Detroit, MI area. /P P DUTIES: BR 1. Develop plans for consolidation of network management. BR 2. Facilitate meetings and attend project status meetings. BR 3. Establish Accounts in Ticketing Systems. BR 4. Work with Accounts to schedule change windows. BR 5. Change Control Management. BR 6. Build solid relationships with Account Delivery Managers. BR 7. Use established processes. BR 8. Update project documentation to include Project Schedule, Issues and action item log, Meeting minutes, and Ad hoc leadership reports. /P P REQUIRED: BR 1. 5+ years as a Project Manager on the Network/Infrastructure side - NOT Application/Software. BR 2. Experienced or educated in ITIL. BR 3. Experienced or educated in Ticketing Systems. BR 4. Must include demonstrated experience migrating, transforming or moving Operational Services. BR 5. MS Project for scheduling and time tracking. BR 6. Must be able to create VB Marco's, Lookup and Pivot tables in Excel. BR 7.
