IMMEDIATE HIRE for a Network Technician!

P We have openings for several Network Technicians! These are long term contract opportunities located in North Dallas, Texas. BR BR Qualified individuals will be responsible for process integration to transition accounts from our Legacy tools to the FMO Network SRA tools, and to transform accounts to the future mode of operations (FMO) which also includes the Network SRA tools. This includes migrating devices from Legacy Network Management support domains, locations, tools and process to a common and standard delivery model with zero service disruption. Must be available to work rotating shifts to include 2 weekends a month, and the ability to participate in OT and callback coverage if necessary. BR BR DUTIES: BR 1. Validate and document the necessary network configuration items to accurately and completely populate the NexGen Web Turnover Interface in order to enable the integration into the FMO operating model and tooling. BR 2. Implement the device management templates, populating the CMDB+, creating/updating the network domains Topology for each device to be integrated into the FMO. BR BR REQUIRED: BR 1. 1-3 years experience performing Network Operations functions, including troubleshooting LAN/WAN environments. BR 2. Training in Cisco, HP, and 3Com Network Products. BR 3. Experience working with Network Monitoring Tools (HPOV, NetCool, eHealth). BR 4. Experience working with Network Configuration management tools (HPNA Preferred). BR 5. Experience with Cisco ACS or security management software, and concepts. BR 6. Experience with common network management protocols/tools (TACACS, NTP, SNMP, SYSLOG, etc). BR BR CERTIFICATIONS: BR 1.
