JOB DESCRIPTIONImmediate opportunity to work closely with Management Team, of Reputable HOA, property management firm. Administrative Assistant / Receptionist closely interfaces with residents, board of directors, accounting and management team and serves as the main point of contact and face of the company. Ideal candidate thrives in providing excellent customer service, is highly professional, is cheerful, organized, a strong communicator and highly detail-oriented.
If you enjoy problem solving, wearing many hats, continuous growth and being the go to person for a busy office, we want to speak with you.
Administrative Assistant / Receptionist duties will include, payment processing, problem solving, answering multiple phone lines, assisting residents with various issues and or concerns, mail distribution, assisting walk in customers, order and maintain office supplies and assist management with various administrative tasks as needed.
Ideal Administrative Assistant / Receptionist enjoys working in a professional setting, demonstrates excellent communication and organizational skills, is proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, WordPerfect and other office equipment.
