The IT Change Manager (Service Integration) is responsible for Change Management operations. You will be in charge of evaluating, approving and planning changes, and for monitoring change implementation to ensure completion in time and budget as well as meeting functional requirements. You will ensure the integration of Change planning across multiple clients and Suppliers, calling Change Advisory Board meetings at which all relevant stakeholders convene to evaluate, approve/reject and schedule Changes.
* Responsible for developing and maintaining an effective process and ensures there are supporting Policies, Controls, Metrics, Procedures and Training
* Acts as a Change Management process architect
* Supports the owner to review and approve changes to Remedy related to functionality relevant to Change Management
* Conducts Change Management Service Reviews forum to review overall Change Management performance with both Change Management system customers and actors
* Periodically reviews process metrics to identify and initiate process improvements
* Establish meaningful KPI's and metrics to manage process effectiveness, efficiency and compliance
* Responsible for the monitoring and oversight of data quality with authority to direct improvements and automation to improve efficiency
* As part of the Service Integration, manages the process across all Providers by frequently reviewing Change Reports from all Providers
* Ensuring support Model is supported through SLAs, OLAs, and UC's
* Consults with / escalates to vendor management in case of disputes
* Responsible for communicating and implementing the overall direction and management of the Change Management Process
* Oversees the daily operation of the Change Management System and general maintenance
* Acts as point of contact for "how-to" questions regarding process execution and compliance
* Analyzes process metrics
* Ensures process compliance through regular (spot)checks and initiation of corrective actions
* Controls the lifecycle of all System Changes
* Enable beneficial Changes to be made, with minimum disruption to IT services
* Facilitates and chairs the weekly CAB meetings
* Consults with / escalates to vendor management in case of disputes
* This role may be based in any region
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar discipline required
* 7+ years related IT work experience
* 2+ years successful people leadership experience
* Proven expertise in Change Management, processes, standards, and templates
* Experience with the design and operation of ITIL processes in a global enterprise
* Experience with CAB (Change Advisory Board) meetings
* Ability to tie business requirements to test scripts
* Must be familiar with System Development Lifecycle Methodology
* Ability to analyze problems and use judgment effectively
* Strong documentation skills
* Proven ability to conduct research into a wide range of computing issues as required
* Strong leadership skills
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly terms
* Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
