The IT Client Coordinator plays a crucial role on the ongoing management of our managed services plan customers. Our managed services plans include business consultation, proactive maintenance, and unlimited IT support. As an IT Client Coordinator, you will interface directly with our customers and our support team. You are in a position to make a positive impact on the strategic decision-making and productivity of our customers. Employees that prove successful in this role have the opportunity to progress into a Client CIO role that leads an industry-focused IT services team.
Assess the overall health of the customers you manage in terms of frequency of support issues which affect productivity.
Identify solutions to technical challenges our customers are experiencing.
Present proposed solutions to decision makers.
Provide regular consultation to our customers in terms of both strategic and technical decision-making.
Coordinate work efforts with support and project teams.
Bachelor's degree in Information System, Business or other related major or equivalent experience
Ideal candidate will have at least 3 to 5 years experience in IT services (implementation, project management, and/or support)
Strong understanding of business operations & computer technology
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
*Note: Candidate must live within a 45 minute commute of the office from which they will be working. Candidates outside this radius must be willing to relocate prior to commencing employment.
