I have a full time job opportunity for an IT End User Support job in Great Neck NY. You will work closely with the End User Technology Team and End User Technology leaders in aligning support with business initiatives and needs. This position is responsible providing high-level technological support to our Executive customers in a fast-paced and sometimes high pressure environment. The End User Technology Executive Support Lead will also be responsible to ensure that technology initiative requests by Executive clients are serviced and handled accordingly. This position will serve as the lead communicator with the End User Technology - Support Leader to support initiatives, requirements, and escalation procedures for these select Executive users.

The End User Technology Executive Support Lead will also assist with service request and incident management of the Enterprise Office.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Act as the main point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving IT issues for a specific group of Executive users.
*

Act as the IT owner for specialized projects; be able to work closely with vendors on projects and supervise their progress.
*

Relationship management with End Users and End User Technology Leaders.
*

Align with company standards and procedures to ensure continuity across all IT functions.
*

Collaborate with Service Desk and Business IT Leads.
*

Understands concepts of ITIL and IT service management.
*

Assist in continuous improvement of all areas of End User Technology.
*

Resolve open issues with appropriate IT Team.
*

Provide feedback to services and capabilities provided by IT.
*

Responsible for customer satisfaction, service level objectives and IT improvement plans.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS THE FOLLOWING:

*

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
*

Strong problem solving and decision making skills with excellent written and verbal communications skills.
*

5 plus years IT experience in a fast-paced field.
*

2 plus years in Executive IT support preferred.
*

General knowledge of all IT disciplines and technology platforms.
*

Knowledge of standards and methodology of Project Management Professional (PMP).
*

Considerable knowledge of business theory, business processes, management, budgeting, and business office operations.
*

Strong influence skills ability to deliver without direct reporting relationships.
*

Proven ability to deliver despite obstacles.
*

Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with business and IT colleagues.
*

Shows consistent and appropriate responsiveness to both urgent and non-critical matters
