Immediate need for an IT Help Desk Associate in a well known Columbia company. Responsibilities include responding to telephone calls, e-mail, and requests for technical and functional support. Successful candidates will be able to analyze, diagnose, and resolve incidents. Preferred skills include ability to work in a team environment, willingness to learn, detail orientated, and has excellent grammar and spelling. Candidates should have previous experience in application support and two plus years' experience working at a help desk.
