JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY span We are currently recruiting for, a temp to hire, IT Help Desk position located in the City of Industry. In this role you will be responsible for developing, deploying, operating and supporting the company’s client computer (Personal Computer, Thin Client and Terminal) assets, to ensure their secure, reliable and cost-effective operation. Serve as the technical lead for the Operations Support Staff and provide periodic reporting of their progress. br br Experience: br ul
li Excellent knowledge of and experience with ten or more of the following: /li li Answer a high volume inbound calls /li li Assist outside sales reps. with technology related issues /li li Support users with any problem they are experiencing: software, hardware, operating system, or website. /li li Open new tickets and log the necessary details /li li Set up, test, and configure networks, desktops, laptops, printers and phone systems /li /ul
br Qualifications: br ul
li High School Diploma (Required) /li li IT Technical School Graduate or 2 year College Degree. (Strongly Preferred) /li li Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field. (Preferred) /li li 5+ years IT related field experience /li li Excellent problem solving skills /li li Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal /li li The ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines /li li Excellent customer service skills /li /ul
