JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are looking for an IT/Help Desk Specialist who would be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. If you are someone who deals well within fast paced environments this may in fact be the right fit for you.
- Provide technical assistance and support.
- Ask questions to determine nature of problem.
- Walk customers through problem-solving issues.
- Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved.
- Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur.

Looking for a candidate with roughly 1-2 years of IT/Help Desk experience. B.S. in Computer Science preferred.
