JOB DESCRIPTIONIT - Help Desk/Desktop Support MM083142Springfield, MA12 Month Contract 3 Positions Available 3+ years working Help Desk Support, certified A+ or MCP preferred, Network/Desktop troubleshooting exp with: Re-Imaging Desktops, Windows XP Operating Systems, Windows 2000 Server operating system. See skills for specific Hardware/Software requirements.'Responsible for responding to client inquiries concerning a variety of application, hardware and software problems of all installed applications, hardware and software products supported by IT. Records inquiries, services requests, coordinates and facilitates a rapid response to incidents which impact application availability functionality or performance. Acts as the first level of problem determination and resolution attempt, escalating to Application Support or Infrastructure Support Operators as appropriate. Tracks status and follows up to ensure client satisfaction.'
