A group company within NTT DATA currently seeks a System Administrator to join our team in New York, NY.
POSITION FUNCTIONS OR RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Independently troubleshoot, diagnose, resolve IT problem of personal computer operations, peripheral devices and connectivity to local and wide area networks
* Optimize personal computer operating system, installation of soft wares, security patches, printer drivers
* Perform personal computer OS upgrades
* Use (i) Windows OS 7 & 10 (ii) Microsoft Office 10, 13, Office 365 to troubleshoot related technical issues
* Troubleshoot issues with DNS, WINS, DHCP and TCP/IP
* Monitor networks to ensure security and availability to specific users.
3+ Years of IT HelpDesk / System Administration Experience
This is a full-time salaried position with a group company within NTT DATA. Please note, 1099 or corp-2-corp contractors will NOT be considered.
