Location: Amherst, MA
Position: Full time
The person we need would need to be punctual, reliable and trustworthy with clean criminal record.
Candidate should have good basic verbal and written communication skills, willingness and capability to provide high-quality customer service.
A professional and courteous telephone manner.
The ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and basic computer proficiency. IT knowledge would be nice but since this person's primary responsibility would be dispatching IT support requests to student IT technicians, IT knowledge is not absolutely essential.
The person would need a background check, completed and pre-cleared before beginning work.
