Description
This position will be responsible for the support of the overall IT infrastructure. This will include systems troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair along with the administration, operations, and support all aspects of the organization s technology operations.

This position is a very comprehensive one that requires a seasoned individual, who has experience and skills in most areas of modern technology.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Hands on administration of the daily operations of the infrastructure to assure that critical business systems meet or exceed expectations including, but not limited to, architecture, engineering, project management and emergency responserepairs.

Work with both internal and external clients across all levels to provide the best customer service that is effective and efficient with a focus on the desired outcome.

The ability to form teams, communicate and manage multi-faceted relationships with third party vendors, contractors, service providers, technical support representatives, etc.

Assist the Senior Manager of Infrastructure with the development and implementation of the company s IT disaster recovery plan including system backups, restoration and the maintenance thereof that will protect confidentiality of our clients and their inhabitants.

SKILLS:

Microsoft XP, 7, 8, 10 clients with 2008 and 2012 servers.
Microsoft Office 365 Enterprise
Microsoft Lync and Collaboration technologies
Microsoft Active Directory, policies, rights, etc.
Cisco Call Manager/Unity Unified Messaging
Linux, Red Hat and Oracle preferred.
Microsoft Exchange and email related technologies (i.e. protocols, proxy, DNS, etc.)
Enterprise level LAN/WAN network design, configuration and troubleshooting.
Security & monitoring technologies (i.e. Firewall, IDS, Web Activity, virus protection, etc.)
Large scale project management as an active team member.
Ability to create high quality documentation and instructions quickly.
Ability to coauthor policies, procedures, guidelines and security practices
Support and assist the development of various software applications.
Backup systems including virtual, bare metal, database, file, etc.
Office technology such as printers, copiers, scanners, etc.
Internet, Intranet and P2P connection technologies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

BA/BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent required.
10+ years of comprehensive IT experience and knowledge.
Ability to travel.
