As the IT Interaction Manager, you will bring your talent, passion, energy, focus and all-in approach to the North America IT team. This role is responsible for coordinating communications and outreach activities for the IT PMO, Governance, and IT team overall.



RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate and deliver multiple IT Open House events yearly

Coordinate and deliver IT Town Halls for largely distributed audience of hundreds

Communicate project successes, marketing IT to the business stakeholders

Coordinate with global IT teams to deliver regional communications

Deliver and manage PMO, Governance and Overall NAM IT social media and collaboration site content

Assist with CSAT survey analysis and message delivery

Assist with leadership meeting coordination, presentations, follow ups

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

The right candidate will have the following capabilities and experience:



1-2 years post graduate work experience

Proficient communicator with exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills

Excellent interpersonal communication skills are required to support working in project environments that includes internal, external and customer teams

Strong editing skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Webex

Experience working in a matrix environment for a large global organization preferred

Must be able to perform duties with moderate to low supervision

Requires strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities

Ability to manage multiple priorities, and assess and adjust quickly to changing priorities

Highly organized, attention to detail, results oriented





EDUCATION REQUIRED:

A Bachelor degree in marketing, communications, public relations or related field
