JOB DESCRIPTION

The IT Manager will be responsible for managing the Bank's information and technology staff, resources and related support facilities. This includes the Bank's core data processing system, local, wide, wireless, Internet, and Intranet networks, telephone systems, and all related software programs. Collaboration with senior officers in the overall administration of information management is a primary component of this position.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plan, organize, and control the Bank's day-to-day information technology resource activities
*

Identify changes and trends in computer and systems technology and interpret their meaning to senior management
*

Participate in overall business planning to bring a current knowledge and future vision of technology and systems as related to the Bank's competitive position, regulatory compliance and cybersecurity standards
*

Determine long-term corporate-wide information and cybersecurity needs
*

Develop and implement an overall strategy for current and future organizational IT needs, to include hardware acquisition and integration and a plan for continuous, ongoing upgrade of hardware and software
*

Develop IT Capital budget in cooperation with Chief Financial Officer
*

Act to assure integrity of corporate data, proprietary information, and related intellectual property through information security and access management
*

Act as the highest level interface with non-technical user functions in determining our overall information systems approach
*

Act as chairperson of the Bank's IT Steering Committee
*

Ensure the Bank's information technology activities are secure and stable, used to help maximize profits commensurate with the best interest of existing customers, employees, and the prospective customers
*

Assist in attaining established Bank operational and financial goals
*

Perform supervisory duties of department staff and coordinate staff for coverage in all related areas, as well as ensure that the IT staff is meeting the needs of their internal customers
*

Assist, as a member of the Disaster Recovery and Business Resumption Plan Project Team, in the development and implementation of the Bank's Disaster Recovery and Business Resumption Plan and as a member of the Administrative Recovery Team in the event of a disaster
*

Create and provide pertinent training programs to inform educate and influence employees relative to the use and implementation of our software and equipment
*

Establish and maintain appropriate advisory relationships with all operational departments
*

Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, to the senior management and staff with regard to specific implementation projects
*

Develop and maintain project implementation criteria for bank-wide use, outlining IT's participation in the analysis and selection of hardware and software to meet business needs outlined by the various departments
*

Assume additional responsibilities as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

*

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required. Commensurate work experience is expected.
*

3-5years experience within the financial services or other related industry. This individual is expected to have the ability to understand the Bank's internal systems and processes.* Excellent interpersonal, technical, organizational and follow up skills are essential.

* Excellent project management skills and the ability to effectively communicate project status and recommendations are essential.

* The ability to be proactive in identifying potential concerns and following up to resolve such issues is required.

* Must have the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

* Strong analytical skills coupled with a solid understanding of business dynamics are expected.
