Manufacturing company is currently seeking an IT Manager. Work for a forward-thinking company in a fun environment that embraces the latest in customer service and telesalestechnology. Full-time position offers salary + commission + bonus + benefits.
-Assist in the creation and execution of project plans and procedures to manage, maintain, customize and implement EPICOR ERP and Salesforce CRM software and supporting systems.
-Schedule EPICOR systems installations, configurations, and customizations in test and production environments.
-Provide instruction and support to EPICOR users as well as writing manuals for end users to describe installation and operating procedures.
-Review, analyze and evaluate business processes and procedures with emphasis on manufacturing workflow and related inventory management and valuation functionality in order to improve process functionality in EPICOR and ultimately production.
-Program, develop, test and deploy custom reports and queries to meet end user requirements and designs.
-Be responsible for all EPICOR related financial aspects as well manage budget for office equipment and computer systems.
-Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve on multiple programs that will be installed on computers.
-Create and manage e-blast campaigns using Pardot.
-Create web portals for customer data.
-Meet with Executive Team to plan system requirements, specifications, timeliness and cost as well as offer suggestions for improvement to maximize software effectiveness.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
-BachelorDegree in Information Systems or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
-7-10years' experience in field with programs such as EPICOR ERP, Salesforce CRM, Pardot, Box, Vantage, Microsoft Windows XP, Windows7 & 8, and Standard Server 2003, 2008, and 2012 operating systems.
-Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to effectively implement new technologies.
-Proven ability to work in a high impact position with minimal supervision.
