Job Description
DescriptionJohnson & Johnson is recruiting for an IT Manager, Health Care Compliance & Privacy (HCC&P.) This position is located in New Brunswick, NJ. IT Manager, HCC&P will be responsible for IT strategy, project management, deployments, and portfolio management for the following critical HCC&P IT capabilities: Third Party Intermediary Due Diligence, HCC&P Risk Management & Assessments, HCC&P SharePoint and intranet sites, and change management necessary to build enterprise wide approaches and processes. Specific responsibilities will include the following; Works to manage and shape the HCC&P project portfolio while balancing functional input and desired IT strategies. Influence skills necessary to effectively communicate HCC&P required capabilities and obtain buy-in for inclusion of these capabilities in dependent processes. Portfolio lifecycle management to influence decisions on whether to invest, tolerate, migrate, or eliminate applications that comprise the current IT systems portfolio for HCC&P. Lead direct reports utilizing DMAIC PE process to manage user requests to improve/change existing technology platforms. Evaluate & recommend appropriate level of systems integrations based on business process synergies, and value added criteria. Provide project management, support change management, and ensure delivery of technology solutions as assigned.QualificationsA minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. An advanced degree is preferred. A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in business and/or IT is required. A minimum of 3 years of IT Project/Program Management experience is required. Working experience in Global IT Programs is preferred. IT experience in any of the following areas is preferred; Health Care Compliance, Q&C, Finance, or Procurement. Experience working with the business to capture functional requirements is required. The ability to partner with multiple stakeholders across the HCC&P functional area and work independently within/across multiple HCC&P teams to create the strategy and plan for HCC&P IT Investments is required. Strong influencing and collaboration skills with the ability to deal with a high degree of ambiguity are required. Strong analytical skills are also required.
