You will get far more performance while spending far less over the lifetime of your system. br    br TOP 5 SKILLS REQUIRED: br • At least one year of purchasing experience – Technology purchasing a must br • Experience in the technology field (they need to know the language and what they are purchasing) br • Good personality and ability to work in an office environment br • Great organizational skills – a lot of tracking of movement of product br • Good written communication br • Accounting background a plus br   br Purchasing: br   br Purchase and track all Project and br Experience with Connectwise is a plus. br Miscellaneous sales through Afinety approved vendors. br Maintain vendor relationships with Ingram, Tech Data, GSC, and other primary equipment vendors. br Update all project records in relation to purchases made. br Update Afinety system as to all purchases made. br Make sure all purchases are made in accordance with what was sold and adhere to Afinety company policy. br Invoice customers as necessary. br Other Duties: br Support VP Operations: br Maintain project folders; ensure all items are ordered and arrive on time. br Generate custom reports as required. br Handle all shipping and receiving br Responsible for all office supplies br Responsible for the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the office br Provide telephone back-up for customer service. br   br /span br /span
