span   br Are you interested in a Great Project Management Opportunity in the exciting Healthcare space? br   br Contact Bryan at 303-474-2071 br span style='color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:12pt;font-weight:normal;font-style:normal;'   br Job Summary br The Project Manager(PM)supports the IT project delivery process by providing key decision data in regards to project health, resource demand and capacity, and budget.  The Project Manager collaborates closely with business team and IT team members at all levels and across all locations, including third party vendors and contractors, to understand and help manage the project.  The PM implements and refines the processes and application tools to enable appropriate communication, informed decision-making, and enhance ITs project delivery execution performance. br   br Essential Functions br The essential functions listed are typical examples of work performed by positions in this job classification.  They are not designed to contain or be interpreted as a comprehensive inventory of all duties, tasks, and responsibilities.  Employees may also perform other duties as assigned. br Employees must abide by all Joint Commission Requirements including but not limited to sensitivity to cultural diversity, patient care, patients’ rights and ethical treatment, safety and security of physical environments, emergency management, teamwork, respect for others, participation in ongoing education and training, communication and adherence to safety and quality programs, sustaining compliance with National Patient Safety Goals, and licensure and health screenings. br Must perform all duties and responsibilities in accordance with the Service Standards of the Hospital(s). br   br • PM capabilities include IT governance, demand management, project & program management, resource management, time management, issues management, risk management, change management, and financial management. br • For all IT projects and initiatives; conducts, executes, champions and guides the project team, along with management on communication, project execution and utilization while keeping within the project scope and budget. br • Administers multiple procurements, coordinates contract/work order scope negotiations and provides contract and vendor administration. br • Directs all software and hardware change and configuration management activities. br • Manage all project deliverables for completeness and quality; collaborates with users to document business requirements, issues, needs, risks.  Facilitates discussions on the assessment, documentation and recommendations on business process flow to achieve project objectives. br • Prepare status reports, provide and coordinate agendas and materials for project meetings, schedules activities and meetings and publishes minutes, organizes project information, follows-up on action items assignments and provides assistance to the project teams. br • Provides visibility into competing demands for limited IT resources for project scope changes and work execution. br • Derives alternatives to optimize delivery schedule against the limited project resource capacities. br • Maintain a revised and updated project plan, including resources, timelines, budget and risks.  Manage the transition of project phases, including collation and presentation of phase deliverables to appropriate committees. br • Maintain processes and ensure that potential capacity constraints are identified so the schedules can be adjusted or additional resources can be on-boarded in a timely manner. br &
