IT Recruiter

Citadel Information Services, Inc. is an Information Technology Professional
Services firm, located in East Brunswick, NJ. We currently have an opening
for an IT recruiter with 2-3 of experience. This is an opportunity for
a lucrative career in Recruitment with the opportunity for a future career
path in Sales or New Business Development. We are looking for someone
with an outgoing and confident personality with the ability to build and
maintain relationships with a diverse group of IT professionals. This
position requires someone who is self motivated with a strong desire to
succeed and make money. We offer a base salary, a commission plan with
unlimited earnings potential and comprehensive benefits. Job Responsibilities:
The recruiter is responsible for finding qualified candidates to place
in temporary or permanent IT positions at our client sites. This includes:?Identify
candidates?Screen and Qualify candidates?Conduct phone and in person interviews
?Develop and post job ads?Conduct reference and background checks?Prepare
candidates for interviews; debrief candidates?Prepare resumes for client
presentation?Present job opportunities to candidates and negotiate contract
terms?Build and maintain excellent relationships with contract employees

Requirements

?College degree, preferably in Information Technology or Business Administration?2-3
years of recruiting experience?Strong time management, organizational and
follow up skills?Self motivated with good time management skills?Excellent
verbal and written communications ?Ability to build and maintain relationships
with a diverse group of clients and candidates?Strong internet and computer
literacy skills
