JOB SUMMARY:

Identification of qualified IT candidates designed to:

*

1. provide a continuous flow of quality worker profiles into the corporate internal database; and

2. to effectively build a pipeline of candidates having specific technical skill sets and which cover large geographical areas.
*

Utilization of developed candidate pipelines designed to support strategic client accounts' needs as assigned by the Recruiting Director.
*

Provide thorough activity tracking and candidate screening documentation in an internal database to decrease cycle times for candidate identification and submission.
*

Development of technical knowledge and national account experiences in order to achieve success in strategic account environments.

REQUIRED ACTIVITIES:

*

Sourcing of Candidates
*

Development of strategies to locate qualified candidates for designated requirements through SST's internal database, external job boards, and other additional resources.
*

Utilization and understanding of necessary tools required to locate qualified candidates
*

Qualifying Candidates
*

Assessment of candidates' technical skills and competency to perform the tasks of the job requisition or pipelined skill set
*

Assessment of candidates' abilities to successfully fit job requisition environments
*

Pay Rate Negotiations
*

Client Facilitation
*

Candidates' client interview preparation
*

Database Maintenance
*

Addition and maintenance of candidate records relating to conversations, interviews, submittals and placements
*

Database records maintenance regarding job order activities

WEEKLY OBJECTIVES:

*

Source, screen and qualify candidates for a defined number of active and/or potential client needs per week.
*

Log a defined number of client related phone calls per week.
*

Attend all scheduled daily meetings.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

*

Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent number of job-related years of experience
*

Sales and/or Customer Service experience is preferred
*

Excellent written and oral communication skills are required
*

Experience with multi-tasking in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
