Job Description

The IT Dispatcher is responsible for creating, filling and closing service requests with field resources. This person is responsible for the day to day life cycle of any service all related work within the environment

Location: St Charles, IL
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Act as the single point of contact to the customer for all types of service requests Coordination of all IT resources being dispatched into the field Process service requests as they arrive through email, manual entry, or direct customer input Schedule resources on the in dispatch portal, database or other platforms Monitor resource schedules to ensure prompt time entry on service requests Communication with customers as required: keeping them informed of onsite progress, notifying them of changes or reschedules

Additional Duties and Responsibilities: Improve customer service, perception, and satisfaction Fast turnaround of customer requests Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively Escalate service requests that cannot be scheduled within agreed service levels Responsible for entering time and expenses per field resource Take all service requests and create payroll sheets weekly
