This position is responsible for championing the IT service delivery for the entire enterprise.
This person will ensure that service catalogs are developed/maintained based on the ITIL/itSMF service delivery lifecycle, that the service owners are trained on best practices and
that the necessary SLAs and OLAs are in place and adhered to. This person will also be responsible for maintaining the service management portal and continually improving that
system and processes.
* Education/Certification BSDegree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcareor related field a strong plus.ITIL Foundations certification;
* 2+ years of experience implementing the ITIL servicemanagement framework in an enterprise environment;
* Strong experience in ITSM Software
* Understands ITSM key performance indicators and how tocreate them. Assists in developing ITSM success factors.
