JOB DESCRIPTION

The IT Support Analyst will provide onsite and remote support to users. Implement, troubleshoot and maintenance of Information Technology systems, PC?s, Printers and networking devices.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, problem resolution for all of the client/mobile devices, etc.
? Provide Tier I&II (Help Desk) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems.
? Provide support for the dispatch system, hardware problems and remains involved in the resolution process from start to finish taking complete ownership of the issue.
? Entering and maintaining proper documentation in the ticketing system and through emails.
? Configure and manage Windows operating systems, troubleshoot and install applications.
? Proficiency with iOS and OSX devices.
? Onsite support and travel to other locations in other states will be required, must be comfortable with travel, responsible, honest and trustworthy.

Qualifications:
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
? Associates degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university. 2 years of related support or higher level experience may be substituted for degrees.
? Must be able to completely disassemble and build a computer from parts
? Must be able to troubleshoot and diagnose problems such as power supply, memory, drives.
? Advanced knowledge of Windows 7/8/8.1/10 and Office 2007/2010/2013/2016
? Knowledge of Active Directory and how to manage users.
? Some understanding of servers, routers and switches.
? Experience troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
? Experience with VOIP phones and devices.

IMPORTANT QUALIFICATIONS:
? Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
? Strong troubleshooting skills, able to follow instructions.
? Extremely strong documentation skills and creating standard operating procedures.
? Travel required, must have a valid US Passport or ability to obtain one quickly.
? Some certifications required.
? Extremely Service oriented.
? Willing to work weekends and extra hours to get the job done.
? Must be able to pass a background check.
