JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY We are excited to bring in a full-time IT Support Technician to assist with office in Los Angeles.
Information Systems Management support for two regions, including:
?Administration of the help desk ticketing system.
?Administration of Polycom VOIP system.
?Administration of Sonic wall firewall.
? Experience with Cloud Based Storage
?Administration of Microsoft Office 365 application, including creation, deletion and modification of users, calendars, and contacts.
?Provide support for PC desktop systems (approximately 25), including software, hardware, network connectivity, and installing updates.
?Provide support for mobile devices (approximately 25) and workforce application on mobile devices. Includes programming mobile devices, working with end users on site and over the phone, and creating custom reports for management using a report generation tool inside the mobile workforce application.
?Monitor office equipment and take corrective actions, including printers, modems, routers, and the like.
?Implementation, modification, documentation, and training of other process improvements.
?Special Projects as Assigned
o Technical School (or higher) preferred, not required
o MCP Certification preferred, not required
