Position Summary: Lead mainframe security projects, administration of security requests and process improvements related to our areas of responsibility.Must have RACF experience or be an established mainframe programmer able to demonstrate their ability to learn RACF.Scope/Supervision and Interaction: ___ Has Direct Reports __X__ Does Not Have Direct Reports* *This position may supervise others at the discretion of the division. Key Responsibilities:-Responsible for mainframe security administration, security audits, programming and business analysis-Conduct daily, weekly, monthly and annual security audits-End to end support of security help desk requests-Work closely with internal and external auditors-Identify security gaps and implement monitoring processes-Analyze existing role structures to improve and streamline security administration-Establish standards and best practices-Analysis and creation of new system resources within RACF-Provide training for divisional security administrators-Collaborate and build effective working relationships-Production On Call SupportRequired Technical Experience:-4 year University / College Degree-5+ years RACF or equivalent mainframe experience-Mainframe experience in COBOL, DB2, CICS, TSO-Miscrosoft Office Excel, Word, etc.Optional Technical Experience:-IMS, REXX-Manufacturing Systems-Vanguard-Endevor, Fileaid, Xpediter, CA-View, ESPRequired Business Skills:-Demonstrated ability to lead teams-Project management skills-Adapts to change and able to learn new skills-Able to lead others and influence change outside your own area of responsibility-Effective communication-Demonstrated written and oral communication skills Additional Comments: The essential functions have been provided as examples of the type of work performed by employees assigned to this job classification.
