We seek an IT Technical Manager to join our growing team.

The IT Technical Manager serves as an IT Network manager, bridging the tactical and strategic objectives of the organization's IT production infrastructure. The IT Technical Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of IT technicians and engineers that report to the manager. He / She will provide technology guidance and assistance to staff members and senior corporate staff members. He / She is also responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the department in developing and implementing leading edge procedures, tools, and methodologies for the delivery of IT services to the enterprise.

The IT Technical Manager assists the Director of IT networking in the direction, development and maintenance of the company's efforts in the areas of enterprise infrastructure and information management. He / She will aid the Director in developing procedures and policies to derive value from the company's information technology assets. He / She also assists the Director in managing enterprise wide services including Email, Active Directory, Servers, Applications and network communications and security systems supporting the Local Area and Wide Area Network(s) of the company. The IT Technical Manager will on a daily basis monitor the performance and functionality of the Network and all associated systems to ensure that they are working within established standards.
