Job Description:

Positions name: ITIL Process Engineer

Location: Chicago, IL or Rochester, NY
Experience: 8-10 years in the similar background.
Salary: 85k - 90k/annum

Required Skillset:
1. Hands on experience in implementing Incident, Change, Service Request Management, Service Level Management
2. Hands on experience in working as Process owner for at least one of the ITIL Service Operations processes
3. Experience in consulting on Service Management tools like Remedy, Service-Now etc.
4. Understanding of Event Management process and monitoring tools like HP OVO / BEM etc.
5. Candidate should have been involved in customer facing ITSM projects.
6. Candidate should have good communication and documentation skills.
7. Candidate should be certified on ITIL/CoBIT/Six Sigma framework.

Additional skills:
1. Implementation / Support experience on Asset / Configuration Management
2. Hands on experience on configuration management tools like uCMDB, Atrium etc
