RESPONSIBILITIES:

Encompasses the development, analysis, flow down, verification and documentation of system requirements for the Missile Defense Agency's Re-designed Kill Vehicle (RKV) development program.



Day-to-Day Duties: Work as a member of the MDA RKV Program office staff to provide daily Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) support. Develop and maintain the RKV top level requirements document in the IBM Rational DOORS requirements database for the RKV program office at the MDA. Work with Industry partners to flowdown the Government's requirements to contractor Prime Item Development Specification (PIDS) and Critical Item Development Specifications (CIDS). Conduct weekly Requirements Working Group meetings between the Government and Industry partners to develop, flowdown, analyze and verify RKV requirements. Serve as the Government lead for the verification of the RKV requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Compuer Science, Engineering or related field. Must have 5+ years of progressive experience in the field of Systems Engineering and/or Requirements Management and Verification.
