A group company within NTT DATA currently seeks a Immigration Analyst to join our team in Boston.

POSITION FUNCTIONS OR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities

We are seeking an Immigration Analyst to join the Global HR department to support immigrant visa petitions for the US operation. This individual will be a subject matter expert for immigrant visa petitions and ensure full compliance with immigration laws. Specifically, he/she will be responsible for the coordination, preparation, and filing of immigrant visa petitions for the Company, including drafting support letters, forms, and responses to requests for evidence to submit to USCIS. He/she will be responsible for PERM Labor Certification including candidate screenings and interviews.



The Immigration Analyst will work directly with candidates, employees, managers and outside immigration counsel in preparing cases. He/she will coordinate immigration postings, tracking and files involved with the immigration process, file maintenance and mailing documents. The incumbent will be responsible for keeping abreast of government, regulatory and/or other pertinent standards, requirements or information regarding employment of individuals on work visas and authorizations.



Ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have experience in a high-volume atmosphere, and have strong organizational and communication skills. He/she will be able to handle a high-demanding case load, and accommodate unanticipated spikes in caseload and maintain flexibility under pressure.



- 2-3 years experience in employment based US immigration support, preferably for an IT consulting company.

- Immigration paralegal experience is a plus.

- At least 2 years experience filing PERM cases, preferably for an IT consulting company

- Demonstrated experience working with multiple clients in a fast-paced environment.

- Preferred experience with filing EB-1 Multinational Executive or Manager petitions with USCIS, filing I-485 petitions with USCIS, and responding to requests for evidence (RFE s) for I-140 s and I-485 s.

- Experience in filing H1, L1 and TN non-immigrant petition with the USCIS is a plus.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

This is a full-time salaried position with a group company within NTT DATA. Please note, 1099 or corp-2-corp contractors will NOT be considered.
