Immigration Associate

Jackson Lewis LLP is a nationwide law firm dedicated to representing management exclusively in workplace law and related litigation. With 48 offices and over 660 attorneys, Jackson Lewis is seeking an Associate Immigration Attorney for the Omaha office.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Advise and train employers on a wide range of immigration laws and regulations
• Represent employers before administrative agencies in a broad range of employment based immigration matters
• File all types of Nonimmigrant Visas and Permanent Residence Applications

Skills and Educational Requirements:
• JD from Accredited Law School
• 3 years minimum litigation experience
• Prefer previous immigration experience and I-9 worksite compliance experience
• Nebraska Bar Admission
• Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to excellence
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment
