Job Description
The Implementation Consultant 4 position is accountable for collaborating with Wells Fargo Home Mortgages division and program leadership team as well as the Wells Fargo Advisors lending team to optimize our mortgage partnership as it relates to driving implementation and execution of WFHM enterprise strategies to meet annual business goals. General responsibilities of the role are as follows: Consults and provides influential leadership to product managers and project teams towards successful implementation planning, solution preparation, delivery to the field, and measurement of initiatives that are the most highly complex and strategic in nature. Provides matrix leadership to cross-functional teams to accomplish project tasks and goals. Evaluates current business environment to determining the most effective implementation strategy. Ensures appropriate impact to normal business operations. Collaborates with project managers to define projects/goals, design the appropriate change focused communications and identify the learning business process model and/or timing/bundling for implementations. Assists in determining size, scope, impacts, risk, budget and strategy for initiatives that are corporate wide and have substantial impact to the bottom line; presenting for senior management review. Provides consultation, requirements, tools, direction and oversight to business units performing their own solution preparation (for less complex projects) to ensure standards are met. May also be responsible to miscellaneous business administrative initiatives.Nuances: Reports directly to Senior Vice President/WFA National Program Manager; interacts daily with Market Development managers and consultants. Responsible for planning, implementation of the 2012 WFA Distributed Retail Expansion Project. This entails expanding distribution to WFA's 11,000 Financial Advisors in a highly controlled and scalable manner. Construct and distribute an effective and compelling Field Rollout package designed to activate Distributed Retail Home Mortgage Consultants and Managers to enlist in the program. Coordinate expansion activities through a variety of internal and external stakeholders. Requires significant collaboration and alignment of resources to ensure successful implementation. Develop effective strategic initiative and tactical implementation of ongoing management of the WFA Program to both the Centralized organization and Distributed Retail. Assist in planning and execution of sales campaigns, partner recognition, technology enhancement, marketing coordination, and developing useful and effective tools for Market Development Managers to leverage in growing WFA sales. Lead role in assisting program manager with recurring and ala carte WFA presentations as needed.Basic Qualifications: 4+ years experience in implementation with an additional 3+ years experience in project management or implementation.Minimum Qualifications: Candidates must possess demonstrated strength in: Project management PowerPoint and Excel Developing winning written presentations Time management Balancing multiple priorities Ability to work and thrive in an ever changing work environmentPreferred Skills: Minimum of 2 years experience in the mortgage industry as it relates to sales and fulfillment workflow and process. Preferred to have candidate based out of Minnesota but open to anywhere.
