More information about Concur is available at w.concur.com.Job Overview: As an Implementation Project Manager for Concur, you will be working with both English and Spanish speaking clients. This opening requires fluency in Spanish. You will be responsible for managing 20 30 active direct and indirect implementation projects for the web based, online applications of Concur Cliqbook Travel and Concur Travel and Expense. Complete complicated, multi national implementations within aggressive timeframes while consistently delivering exceptional levels of work quality and client and agency satisfaction.Responsibilities:Work with clients and agency resources to identify key business requirements and configure the Cliqbook application to meet those requirementsConfigure Cliqbook for integration to Concur Travel and Expense, and perform knowledge transfer to the client for effective use of Concur Cliqbook Travel and Concur Travel and ExpenseKeep clients, agency resources, and management informed of implementation activities and progress through regular communications, meetings and status reports, and by reporting exceptional circumstances in a timely mannerPro actively coordinate and manage tasks and milestones to achieve implementation targeted time frames and ensure department NPS scores and ARR are achieved.Define and execute all types of Concur Cliqbook Travel project implementationsEnsure completion of deliverables, managing schedules and meeting milestonesGather information from customers, evaluate their needs and create implementation solutionsManage project status meetings and communicate project statusProvide single conduit into Concur resources for Partner project manager during deploymentContribute to the development of templates and standard deployment documentationEducation, Experience and Training required:Four year degree or equivalent experience.Spanish language fluency required.2+ years implementation project management and/or configuration experience with an online travel booking tool.Prior travel industry and/or GDS experience required.Experience with Concur Cliqbook / Concur Travel strongly preferred.Job Specific Specialized Knowledge and Skills:Successful experience working directly with customers to resolve implementation issues.Demonstrated knowledge of project management tasks in application implementation environment.Effective communication skills.Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage workflow to meet deadlines.Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain an effective follow up system to ensure timely and accurate handling project implementation.Excellent organizational and planning skills.Value Competencies:Displays passion for and responsibility to the customerHires, develops and rewards great peopleDisplays leadership through innovation in everything you doDisplays a passion for what you do and a drive to improveDisplays a relentless commitment to winDisplays personal and corporate integrityEEO:Concur is an Equal Opportunity Employer and applies this policy to all applicants and employees.
