Job Description
Successful reality TV production company with over a dozen shows in production seeking In-House Counsel/VP, Business & Legal Affairs. Responsibilities include structuring, negotiating and drafting deal negotiations, agreements and other documentation for television programming/content, development, production, financing and distribution/acquisition transactions. Must have knowledge of television talent agreements, rights acquisitions and network licenses. Must have J.D. and 5+ years of legal experience in entertainment industry.
